• 300 g dark chocolate
• 500 g fromage frais
Method:
How to make microwaved chocolate pots
- Break dark chocolate into a bowl.
- Microwave on medium (500W) for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add fromage frais and stir. Divide between 6 pots and eat straight away.
Tip: You can chill them overnight, but they have a silky smooth texture if eaten at once.
